Chardham Yatra By Helicopter (05 NIGHTS/06 DAYS)

• Kedarnath Shuttle (Basecamp to Kedarnath) is managed by IRCTC, and delays may occur.
• Charter passengers cannot be prioritized.
• If Kedarnath is not covered on the same day, darshan will be done the next day and then proceed to Badrinath.
• Passengers may be split into different shuttle flights due to IRCTC scheduling.

• 20% charge applies for rescheduling 30 days before the tour.
• Less than 30 days notice will be treated as a fresh booking.
• 50% advance required at booking.
• Remaining payment due 30 days before departure.
• Full payment mandatory before helicopter boarding.

• Up to 30 days before flying: 40% charge
• Within 30 days: No refund
• If Yatra is cancelled from Dehradun due to force majeure, 10% deduction applies

• No refund for government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, war, or emergencies.
• If 3 Dham completed & 1 left: approx ₹15,000 credit note per person.
• Extra services & expenses will be deducted from refund.
• No refund for unutilized services.
• Government policy changes & tax increases will be extra chargeable.
• Mid-tour cancellation by passenger → transport arranged but cost borne by guest.
• Company not responsible for losses like flight/train/hotel bookings due to delays.
• If darshan interrupted mid-way due to emergency → it will be treated as completed.

• Failure to report on time → No Show (No refund)
• No flying due to weather → proportional refund (excluding taxes & 10% charges)
• Refund processed after 30 working days post season
• If landing fails → 20% deduction as operational cost

• Flights depend on approvals from DGCA, ATC & local authorities.
• Safety is top priority – flights may be delayed or cancelled if unsafe.
• If passenger capacity is reduced (e.g., 6 to 4), extra cost will be shared among passengers.
• Package cost is based on 6 passengers per helicopter.

• Evacuation decisions will be taken by the company based on safety.
• If arranged by company → cost covered by company.
• If passenger arranges on their own → no reimbursement.
• Follow all on-ground instructions for safety.

• No refunds in case of COVID, government cancellation, or national/state emergency.
• Passengers will receive a Credit Voucher instead.

• Credit voucher will have a fixed value.
• Price difference must be paid if package cost increases.
• Voucher is transferable to family or friends with prior notice.

Flying Schedule (NSOP – Non-Scheduled Operations)

• Flight timings will be communicated one day prior based on operational planning.
• Delays or cancellations may occur due to weather, technical issues, or emergencies.

Helipad Waiting Time

• Passengers may experience up to 2 hours waiting time due to weather, NOTAM, or operational reasons.

Final Day Departure

• Early departure from Badrinath may be scheduled to avoid bad weather.
• Breakfast may be skipped in such cases.
• Breakfast at Dehradun will be available at an additional cost.

🪪 Documents Required

• Aadhar Card (Indian nationals) or Passport (foreign nationals) is mandatory.

Accommodation & Transfers

• Final hotel list will be shared 30 days prior to travel.
• Transfers between Dehradun, Haridwar, and Rishikesh are available at an additional cost.

Helipad & Base Camps

• Passengers may land at different base camps like Phata, Guptkashi, or Sersi depending on helicopter capacity.

Donations & Additional Costs

• Donations, tips, porter charges, and palki/pony charges (except Yamunotri) are not included.

Special Poojas

• No special poojas are included. Additional poojas can be arranged at extra cost.

Kedarnath Top Stay

• Requires signing a declaration.
• Cost: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per room (subject to availability).
• Company is not responsible for any issues at Kedarnath Top.

VIP Darshan

• Provides priority entry but does not guarantee exclusive access.
• Darshan is subject to government SOPs.

Mobile Network

• Available networks: Airtel, JIO, BSNL at Yamunotri, Harsil, Kedarnath & Badrinath.

Add-ons & Customization

• Last-minute changes or add-ons are not allowed.
• All customization requests must be made in advance.

Passenger Conduct Policy

• Kumar Hospitality reserves the right to cancel passengers who are unruly, abusive, intoxicated, sick, or mentally unfit.
• Passengers deemed unsafe to fly will be denied boarding.
• No refund will be provided in such cases.

Dispute Policy

• All disputes related to service, terms, or conditions will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.

Booking Confirmation

• Booking implies acceptance of all terms & conditions mentioned above.
